We help Nordic leadership teams and managers lead their organizations through the AI transformation.

Your board asks for an AI plan, and employees want to know what AI means for their jobs. In our workshops, the leadership team agrees on a direction and tries AI hands-on, and managers learn to bring their teams along. Think Big Leaders runs AI workshops for leadership teams and managers in Stockholm, across Sweden, in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo, and elsewhere in the EU. You get clarity on the way forward and a set of frameworks and tools to lead your teams.

After the call you get our first observations, a first read of where you are with AI, and three suggested next steps.

Does this sound familiar?

Leaders tell us about a growing pressure to move ahead with AI.

  • The boardasks what your AI plan is and when it will show results.
  • Employeesare already trying AI on their own, and want to know what it means for their jobs.
  • Customersexpect faster, more personal service, and some ask how you use AI.
  • Competitorsannounce AI services and new ways of working, and it's hard to tell how far ahead they are.

Inside the company, that often looks like this:

  • AI pilots in different parts of the business, but no shared priorities
  • Leaders expected to lead a change they have not tried themselves
  • Employees unsure what AI means for their jobs, waiting for a signal from the top
  • Managers who want to talk with their teams about it, but don't know where to start

We help the leadership team agree on an answer it can give all four, and then lead the change inside.

How we work

AI transformation means different things in different companies. Before we design anything, we discuss and decide on the right audience, where your organization is with AI today, and what transformation should mean for your business. We then bring the relevant frameworks and methods to get you where you need to be.

  1. PlanningA 30-minute call, then discovery calls with the stakeholders, where you can share any AI work and programs you have already done. For longer programs, we may also hold preparation calls with participants.
  2. Inspiration and activationHow AI is changing work in your industry, shown live and tried hands-on.
  3. Discovery and directionWhat changes, what stays, and which challenges need new ways of working.
  4. Implementation and adoptionLeaders and managers take the change to their teams, with optional follow-up sessions to support you and address challenges.
